Financial Reporting: Reviewing financial reports, budgets, and compliance with legal standards.

Accounting Skills: Managing financial analysis, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

Collections Management: Overseeing fee collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

Maintenance Oversight: Defining maintenance specifications, ensuring compliance, and managing service contracts and repairs. Scheduling and coordinating landscape maintenance activities.
